Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide across Pakistan from our hub in Lahore.

Delivery Timelines:
- Lahore: 1 to 2 business days.
- Other Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

3. Delivery & Carrier Terms

We partner with reliable third-party courier services to handle deliveries.
Estimates Only: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not strictly guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, peak holiday seasons, or carrier disruptions.

4. Wrong Address & Delivery Failure

Please double-check your shipping address and contact phone number before finalizing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (unreachable contact number or recipient unavailable), additional shipping charges will apply to re-send the package.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at healthcaredisposable.pk@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
